It is near TTDI, Damansara Utama, One Utama Shopping Mall and Ikea., We have 5 Air conditioned bedrooms with 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds & 3 single beds plus floor mattresses catered based on no of guests stated in booking. There are 3 bathrooms. Very ideal for guests travelling from North ( Penang) Or South ( Singapore/ Johor Bahru) by coach to One Utama Bus Terminal. There is direct coach from KLIA2 to One Utama Terminal Bus. Suitable for vacation stay, business short term stay. Guests are to observe the following rules:- -Cars to be parked in orderly manners, do not obstruct neighbours. -Strictly no fire crackers -Canopy not suitable -Do register at the security check point based on housing area requirement. -Bridal car only horn few times when arrive, not too noisy. -This is a peaceful neighbourhood. Guests to help us by maintaining and respecting the peaceful harmony during your stay. -No loud music as this will affect the peaceful neighbourhood. -Do not litter the compound of the house, outside surrounding and the clean park opposite the house. We invite you to care for our home as your home. -Do not eat or drink on the mattress. -Clean up kitchen utensils cups etc after use. -Smoking is not allowed -Please tidy up as you go, in the kitchen, bathroom , dining and sitting room. -No shoes in the house. - Do not use cello tape on the wall. -Place all furnitures/ items into its original place. -Discard all trash into the rubbish bin outside the house. -Kindly turn off electricity ( lighting, air conds) & water when not in use. -Inform us if there are any broken items or any equipment which are malfunctioned. Lower noise after 9pm so as not to disturb the peaceful neighbourhood. Lastly, enjoy your stay and welcome again. We do not live in this house. You will have sole and exclusive access to your assigned bedrooms and the whole house including kitchen, dining room, living hall etc during your entire stay. Your privacy is most assured. We will meet you on your arrival. In the event we cannot meet you personally, special instructions will be given to facilitate keys handling over. If you need any assistance or have any queries, texting or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) is preferred as we think this is most cost effective communication. Bandar Utama is a peaceful and one of the most affluent neighbourhood. It has distinct advantage of being close to the World's 4th Largest Shopping Mall " 1 Utama" . Ikea, Ikano Power Centre , The Curve and Atria are within close proximity of the house. You will have access to the MRT Station which is well connected to Sg Buloh and Kuala Lumpur. The easiest way to get around is by car. Bandar Utama is easily accessible from main expressway namely LDP, NKVE, Kerinchi Link, Sprint Highway and toll free Federal Highway. It has a good Public Bus connectivity as many buses passed by the famous 1 Utama. MRT Station is within walking distance to the house. There is Direct Bus/ Coach from Singapore, Johor Bahru and Penang to 1 Utama bus station. From 1 Utama bus station, you can also take bus to KLIA2 or to Genting Highlands. ( See attached photos for One Utama bus and Coach services connectivity). Travelling from KLIA/ KLIA2 to the house , easiest way is by Airport Taxi ETA 45 minutes. You can purchase taxi coupon from the Airport. A budget Taxi will cost about RM70-80. From the house to Airports, you can use Grab car or Uber. Additional fees : RM100 if use for wedding functions or gathering or if condition after stay is undesirable RM400 Deposit is required to be paid by guest, prior check in - to ensure cleanliness & good condition of the house. The security deposit of RM400 (pay prior check in), which will be refundable when check out subject to the following terms & house rules followed: Guest will have to make good or compensation for any breakage/damage/loss of items in the house. If the house is in good condition, security deposit will be fully refunded to guest on the same day of check out :)
