Located at the heart of Quinto di Treviso, close to the game reserve of river Sile, Villa Milu holiday home offers a spacious flat with free private parking. The flat can host up to 6 people and has 2 private bathrooms, television, air conditioning/heating, fully equipped kitchen, private garden and free-wifi. Villa Milu is only 9 km away from Treviso city centre and Venice-Treviso airport can be easily reached, moreover bus stops, amenities and leisure facilities are nearby. Villa Milu has been fully refurbished and redecorated in 2016. The flat can host up to 6 people and includes: one double room, one twin room with bunk bed, living room with double sofa bed, 2 private bathrooms, television, air conditioning/heating, kitchen equipped with stove, fridge, kettle, flatware and microwave oven. There is a lovely garden ready for our guests. We are able to help our guests at any time throughout the stay as we live nearby. We speak both Italian and English. To get in touch we prefer emails or text messages/(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). Villa Milu is right next to the Sile national park, a beautiful green area. Thanks to car-free paths developed around a dismissed train line you can walk or cycle for miles enjoying some beautiful sight-seeing. The bus stop next to the building allows you to get to Treviso city center in 15 minutes. Moreover, at 500m there is another bus stop to get you to the airport in 10 minutes and at 200m you will find the bus stop to Padua. Bus stops, amenities and leisure facilities are nearby. If you travel by car, Villa Milu is only 15 minutes away from Treviso city centre, less than 40 minutes from Venice, Padua, Abano Terme and within 2 hours from Verona, Lake Garda, Cortina D'Ampezzo and San Martino di Castrozza. Venice-Treviso airport is just 10 minutes away. Bed linen, handtowels and hairdryer are provided. Pets are not allowed and there is absolutely no smoking in the property. We do not accept more than 6 guests. No party organizing. It is to pay attention to the wooden floor. In the event of a fall in wine, beer, soft drinks or other corrosive liquids it must be cleaned immediately to avoid indelible stains. check in from 16.00 to 21.00 for key delivery to be communicated in advance. check out before 10.00 for key return. Extended check-out: € 10.00 / hour supplement until 12.00. From 12.00 onwards, if the apartment is available, the full amount of the room is calculated. From the total is excluded the tourist tax in the amount of 1 euro per person per night that must be paid in cash on arrival at the property.
