Homey Atmosphere in Kimberton
My place is within walking distance from the Kimberton Village, which is home to a local family owned whole foods store and top quality restaurants. We are also a short drive from Phoenixville and Valley Forge Historic National Park; within an hour to Philadelphia. King of Prussia is 20+ minutes drive. There are many free state, county and township parks in the area. You will need your own transportation. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travelers. See you soon! A peaceful & clean space with original artwork. There is easy access to the bathroom & kitchen. What wows people is the backyard where they can sit on the porch or enjoy lounging around the pool or gardens. The bedroom is next to the bathroom and living room. The kitchen is available if needed. There is a back porch and a sizeable back yard to enjoy. The pool is available seasonally; usually May-September. Interaction is low key and as needed. I make every effort to greet guests when they are new arrivals. If that is not possible, then I am available to answer questions by text/phone call. Great neighbors! It's quiet and peaceful. Not much light pollution. It was built in the late 1950's and early 60's. There are several original home owners on the block. Neighbors keep an observant eye on the neighborhood and a respectful distance. It is a natural neighborhood watch area as most people are home or keep irregular schedules. You will need your own transportation...there is no public transportation in Kimberton...you will be able to walk to town and a local park if you are comfortable walking a mile. *This room is in the same home as "Cozy Room #2 in Kimberton" should you be traveling with someone and want separate rooms or a space for two. Occasionally, people inquire about two people in this room. It is a twin bed. *I have two Airbnb listings and there will most likely be one or two guests sharing the bathroom. It is rare that this causes wait time. I can facilitate timing if I know when you need to be out the door. *Parking is onsite. The general guide is to park so three cars can come and go as they need to. Guests park on the right side accordingly.
