Secluded coach house, near Devonport park

A quite secluded coach house close to beautiful devonport park. It is a clean modern space with the original slate flag stones and granite steps. There is one large bedroom with a double bed and a day bed which converts in to two singles making it into a family room. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials including a microwave. There is an open plan dining and lounge area with original slate flag stones in the raised dining area. The coach house is a large 1 bedroom entire home in the area of Stoke. It is ideal for couples or a family of 4 with a double bed and two singles in the bedroom. It will be made up for two in the double bed as standard but please do advise if a single is needed when two are staying. We can also provide a high chair and travel cot but please be aware that there are unprotected granite steps which cannot be covered or made safe for little people. There is an open plan lounge dining area and a galley kitchen with essentials including oven, fridge and microwave. It is a bright light airy space that is just a two minute walk from the beautiful Victorian Devonport park, boasting free tennis courts, excellent children's play area, cafe and views into Cornwall, (rackets on loan in the coach house). Plymouth city college is at the bottom of the road and the town centre, continental ferry port, historic Royal William Yard, Torpoint ferry and The Dockyard are all under 10 minutes by car. There is free on road parking 100m from the front of the coach house. Access is via your own front door and flexible arrival is provided using a key safe. There is currently no access to the garden. There are basic provisions for breakfast on arrival including tea, coffee, milk, bread, marmalade and cereal. We now have wifi and smart TV, there is also a DVD player with a variety of DVDs to watch. Access to a washing machine is available on request if needed. Bike storage can be accommodated on request. Guests have their own private access to the entire coach house. A lock box is provided for flexible access for arrival and departure. I am available for any queries or concerns and am only 2 mins away if needed, but will leave you to enjoy your stay unless needed. There are excellent bus transport links from the end of the road by the city college into town and local areas. Access is via a key safe at the front of the coach house With the covid19 outbreak the coach house is thoroughly cleaned with anti bacterial cleaning agents to ensure guests safety.
