Our Coastal Retreat is only a 12 minute stroll to one of Melbourne's most pristine beaches. It is fully equipped with everything to make your stay memorable. It has a comfortable and laid back feel to it and is flexible in its accommodation options. There is your choice of an array of great cafes, bars and eateries as well as a local IGA Mini mart all within walking distance. At the end of the street is the peaceful Kannanook creek and walking trail which meanders through 7kms of bushland. PLEASE NOTE If you decide to book our place please, please do one thing before proceeding with your booking/request. Read this section fully as doing so will answer any potential future questions and also avoid any confusion regarding how we manage our place. This beautiful newly refurbished five bedroom home is the perfect place to base your holiday. It is suitable for couples, groups or large families and is flexible in its accommodation options. It features two living areas, modern fully appointed kitchen, laundry, 1 x main bathroom, en suite bathroom of master bedroom, covered outdoor decking and BBQ area as well as a large established garden and plenty of parking space all behind a secure private front fence. The private en suite off the Master bedroom features a deep, luxurious bathtub. There is split system air conditioner in each living area and ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms. At this property we have the ability to host groups such as families or just a group of friends who will all have access to complete property. Due to its design layout, we also have the ability to offer affordable accommodation to a single business person or a couple requiring only a Master Bedroom, en suite, kitchen, lounge, laundry, secure parking and garden. Depending on your accommodation requirements, you have use of the whole space once you have booked it. Protocols of this are explained during booking process and we are likely to meet you for check in. Live locally, just a phone call away, happy to help out with as much local knowledge to make your stay comfortable. Seaford is a safe and quiet beachside neighbourhood with an abundance of cafes and restaurants close by.The Riveria Hotel and Crackerjack Beach Waterfront Cafe are within ten minutes walk . There is a great Spanish Bar and Beachfront cafe at nearby Seaford shops as well. There is a local IGA Mini Mart within walking distance as well as an Aldi (13 minute walk).There are beautiful beach and bush walking tracks and trails close by. Patterson River Trail fishing and boating ammenities are about fifteen minutes walk away. There is also a great selection of fantastic restaurants at nearby Patterson Lakes as well as the waterfront Cove Hotel which offers a free shuttle bus to patrons dining in. The popular Melbourne Cable Water Park is also only 8KM away (Drive) and is a great venue for fun on a hot day. Public transport includes a bus stop at the end of the street, with connections to both nearby train stations. Melbourne CBD can be reached from either stations in just under one hour travel time allowing you to explore the galleries, laneways, sporting venues and many other tourist attractions. There is also an airport shuttle bus that has a drop off point at the nearby Seaford shops. Carrum station is a ten minute walk away and currently under renovation, offering only a shuttle bus connection to nearby stations on the Frankston Line. Seaford station is a twenty minute walk away and also offers ample car parking. Seaford offers close access to freeways and Peninsula Link where you are within an hour's drive to the wineries, superb restaurants and stunning coastal scenery of the Mornington Peninsula. Zero tolerance management applies, guests will be evicted if this rule is breached with no refund applied. If our security contractor is engaged for an eviction the full cost of this process shall be applied to guest payment. 2) We charge per guest staying at our place and we set bedding according to paid guest numbers. You have full access to all facilities at our house during your stay but please note we will only provide bedding linen based on paid guests. 3) Our place is strictly for paid guests only, visitors are definitely not permitted. ( Please contact us via Airbnb message thread if you questions regarding this point.) 4) Our place has a strict ban on loud or excessive noise after 10:30 PM. 5) Our place is strictly non smoking.
