It`s in one of the most charming seaside locations, between Novaglie and ponte Ciolo. The path is 8 kilometers long and it`s part of the Regional Park Costa di Otranto - Santa Maria di Leuca. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Shared pool available from May to September, off seasons pool's opening has an extra cost of euro 200. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - The parking is located near the entrance gate about 100 meters from the building. Large cars, off-road vehicles, SUVs etc,  can not access. - Shared washing machine. - Only small size pets are allowed, but they have to be monitored by the pets owners.
