The apartment is a stone's throw away from the powdery sands and pristine waters of Boracay's world famous White Beach. Guests and travelers are delighted to wake up with a view of the White Beach right from the bed. Location is strategic as travelers are able to live like a local in an off-the-beaten path while still being very close to where the action is in the island. The studio is just right, cozy and is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, small groups of up to 4 and business travelers. This beach apartment is cozy and is only just a few steps away (about a minute walk) from the powdery sands and pristine waters of Boracay's world famous White Beach. The property's design theme has a rustic appeal with a modern Asian touch which blends in with the lush greenery on the southern side of the island. The apartment is situated on the top floor of the Anahaw Residences building and has views of the White Beach from its corner windows and balcony. As a matter of fact, travelers who stay in the apartment wake up from their bed with the warmth of the rising sun. The apartment's interior has a modern contemporary vibe, air-conditioned, with a queen-sized bed (plus a sofa bed which can fit 2) and a 32″ LED cable TV, refrigerator w/ freezer, safety deposit, hot and cold shower, and a complimentary wifi internet access. Other than the apartment's interior, guests and travelers can relax by the apartment's balcony while waiting for the sun to rise and/or while chasing the sunset during Boracay's 'magical hour'. Guests and travelers can also access through the hallways/corridors of the residences, the reception area (including the lobby), the front patio (where they can also park bikes) and the lush gardens of the property. A front desk personnel is on duty from 8am to 8pm while a night guard, meanwhile, secures the property from 8pm to 8am. Half of the time I am out of town but if I happen to be on the Island, I'd be happy to personally meet you. I have caretaker/s who look after my apartment/s and will check you in and out. The apartment in Anahaw Residences is located strategically in the heart of the island in White Beach Station 3. Though the location can still be considered as an off-the-beaten (Website hidden by Airbnb) is also close to where the action is - only about a minute walk to the White Beach path and only 2 minutes walk to the Main Road where you can access public transport. The location is just right enough for any traveler who wants to experience that 'good old' Boracay vibe and live like a local in this side of the island. Getting around is easy. From the apartment, it will only take you about a minute walk to the White Beach path in Station 3 and just about the same or two, if you walk towards the Main Road, where you can ride a public transport (i.e. singles, trikes, multi cab) . So, either you walk at the beach or take a quick trike ride, where you are is pretty near everything - from restaurants, bars, convenience shops, water sports activities, to sunset viewing while having that refreshing drink during the island's magical 'hour' (Boracay famous sunset). *The property is only a minute walk to Boracay's White Beach in Station 3. *Guests and travelers can enjoy seeing a bit of the beach right from the apartment's windows and balcony. *Smoking is prohibited inside the unit as the unit has fire detection, alarm and protection system in place in every corner of the building - including the unit interiors. Smoking is allowed in the balcony area of the unit as well as the common areas in the front patio and the gardens leading to the apartment building. *The apartment has a back up energy courtesy of the standby generator set unit, in cases of power outages in the island.
