Central dbl Studio w/ private terrace above cafe

A bright and airy studio room on the first floor above a garden cafe. The room has a double bed, large desk over looking the valley below, lots of storage space, private bathroom with shower and bath (and plenty of hot water) as well as kitchenette and seating space on the balcony. It is very calm and tranquil, in a safe neighbourhood and some of the best coffee and breakfasts in Kigali just downstairs. Up on the first floor you will enjoy the complete privacy of your own space. The views from the terrace are amazing and you will be able to catch the most amazing sunrises from the terrace. The space is quiet and serene as there are no large roads nearby. Lots of birds and wildlife to be seen from the balcony too. The room is very light and spacious and you can take a relaxing warm bath at the end of the day. Great desk also for those who will be working from home - many a PhD and book written from the space :) As the studio is up on the first floor you will access it from a staircase from the cafe shop which leads exclusively to your studio so will be used only by you. There are two sets of doors between the cafe and the studio so you have complete privacy and it is soundproof. The cafe/ tapas bar is open 8 am until 10pm but there is a live-in guard on site. The cafe staff and I are working in the cafe during the day so you will have interaction with us when needed and to help answer any questions you may have. Cleaner can wash and iron clothes and cleans the space once a week. The neighbourhood of Kacyiru is very safe, we are close to the American Embassy, and Umubano Hotel and minutes from the golf course and great valley walks. Lots of public swimming pools nearby and more and more restaurants in the area too. Small food shops and a market nearby. You can call a Safe Moto (on the app) to come to pick you up at the door - or also taxis. Other motos and taxis are available just at the end of the road and the main bus station going to all parts of Kigali is less than 8 minutes walk away. There may be a bit of background noise - or if a cafe customers is in the garden talking with a very loud voice this can occasionally filter up, but it is usually quiet after 10pm. There is a kitchenette available on the terrace, your own fridge and an onsite cleaner who can wash any dishes you may have.
