Stunning Victorian B&B - Curdridge, Hampshire
Our beautiful Victorian home dates back to 1850 and is located in the Hampshire countryside between the villages of Bishop's Waltham and Botley. The coastlines of both Hampshire and Dorset are within easy access and we are ideally located for Goodwood and Beaulieu, approximately 40 mins drive from both. London Waterloo is easily accessible from Botley Station, 1 mile away. This is the second of our two rooms and has a double bed. The room overlooks the garden and guests will have sole use of a bathroom, located on the landing, with a free standing cast iron bath, WC and wash hand basin. A shower is available on the ground floor. The bedrooms are located upstairs. There are several steps at the front door. Breakfast is cooked on our wonderful AGA and served in the intimate dining room. Pound Copse is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Breakfast can be served outside in warmer weather, or in our lovely dining room. We welcome our guests personally to our beautiful home and are very happy to assist with providing information about the local area, places to visit, leisure activities and the best local pubs and restaurants. We live in the countryside with good walking from the doorstep and easy access by car to neighbouring villages and the River Hamble. Bishops Waltham Abbey and Village are 3 miles away and Botley 1 mile. Both offer good restaurants, tea shops and amenities. Our local pub The Cricketers serves delicious food just 5 minutes drive away. We are ideally located on the edge of the Meon Valley, in the countryside, but with easy access by train (Botley Station is a 15 mins walk) to Winchester and London Waterloo as well as Portsmouth and Southampton. We run a Classic Car business and some evidence of this is apparent, but no noise! Please contact us if you would like clarification.
