My studio is approximately 450sf service suite. We provide cooking utensil and kitchen ware, 1 King size bed and a sofa bed. This is a matured residential area with the amenities that you need everyday such as local bank, pharmacy, clinic, convenient stores, restaurants, and etc. Attention Food lovers! This area is very famous for tasty food! From cafe to restaurants, from food truck to hawker center, you have many choices of tasty local food that you may want to try. Also the price is very reasonable! And the best part is all are within walking distance from our apartment! Majority of the people who lives here are Chinese, following by Malay and Indian. The people are friendly and willing to help so if you need assistance please feel free to ask them. E-Hailing services such as GRAB, My Car, is the easiest way to travel around. There are public transport such as MRT and LRT within driving distance. Nearest MRT station would be Maluri Station. Shuttle bus service are available : you may take shuttle bus to MRT Maluri Station as well as Sunway Velocity Shopping Mall. We will clean the room before you check in and after you check out. In order to minimize disturbance to our guest, we normally don't provide regular cleaning during our guest's stay. If you need cleaning service and changing of bed linens, please inform us your preferred date and we will arrange for it (2 days in advance) and we will charge RM40 per session (including cleaning and changing of bed linens)
