Our place is close to the small town of Lezay, 3 minute drive, where you can find all your amenities. You'll love our place because of the choice of activities including use of free bikes, canoes, also the wildlife and natural beauty. All our rooms are bright, clean and spacious. We do have 2 self catering gites that you can rent for larger families or big occasions. This two bedroom gite has a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. There is a family bedroom with bunkbeds and a double bedroom with french doors overlooking the mill pool with patio area. There is a Large outside space with bbq and a picnic table with views over the countryside The gite has its own private entrance. There is a large communal barn with a games mezzanine as well as outdoor activities such as bikes, canoes, swimming pool, play park and fishing. There is a large grass and woodland area for ball games and picnics also in this area is a boules court. The salt water swimming pool has a cover over it at all times, if you would like to go for a swim then please ask. Do not remove it yourself. The pool is open 1st May - 30th Oct. Weather permitting. We are always around to offer help and support to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We give our guests the option of a 3 course meal including wine for 25 euros per person. During our summer months there is a communal BBQ for all guests for 20 euros per person. We are set in the countryside so every way you look has a beautiful view and lots of wildlife. There are many lovely country walks from the end of the drive. You do need a car to get around when staying here as we are situated to far away from local buses, airports and train stations. In the barn there is a table tennis table, table football and pool table. There is also board games and toys for younger children. We have a selection of bikes various sizes for adults and children with no charge.
