It has 24/7 security and pay parking lot at the basement of Tower C. The unit is located on the 8th floor of MPlace ToweC equipped with 4 elevators. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. It's a non-smoking unit with 1 air conditioned bedroom separate from the living room, kitchen, and dining room. Tower fan is also provided which can be used in the living room. A queen-size comfy bed, three-seater sofa, four-seater dining table, flat screen cable TV and high-speed Wi-fi + NETFLIX. The unit has its own bathroom with hot and cold shower. Kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction stove, microwave and conventional oven, electric kettle, cooking / dinning wares and utensils. This unit is totally private. Guests have exclusive access to the entire unit. MPlace has facilities and amenities like adult swimming pools, kiddie pools , children playground, garden lounge, lobby, fitness stations ideal for Pilates & Yoga and jogging path. MPlace charge P150 per person during weekdays and P300 during weekends and holidays. MPlace has its own Mall located at the ground floor. You can find commercial shops, good dining restaurants, spa and massage parlors, laundry shop and a supermarket. MPlace has a playground with free access. Lobby is fully air-conditioned and with free WiFi. In MPlace basement you could find pay parking. Regular parking is P60 for the first two hours and P30 in succeeding hours. Overnight Parking fee is P350 (1:30 am to 6 am) on top of the hourly rate. Pay Parking space is available at the basement of Tower C. Bottled water awaits our guests’ arrival. Bed has fresh linens; bathroom has clean towels, toiletries and hairdryer. Ironing board and iron are all in the bedroom’s closet. This is a non-smoking unit and it has SMOKE DETECTOR in place. There's a corresponding penalty for those who smoke inside the unit. Quiet time is after 10pm. When leaving the unit, always TURN-OFF the MAIN switch. To avoid damages and breakages, no furniture must be moved from one room to another. Dispose all tissues and sanitary napkins in the provided trash bins. We have garbage chute in the same floor. To go there, walk thru the hallway, pass the elevators, turn left first door on your left is the designated garbage room.
