Calm and serenity, welcome home!

Yannick and I welcome you to a renovated house with a large enclosed garden (Htr: 1.50m) in a peaceful area near hiking trails. Interior space with fireplace. Quiet and pleasant outdoor area with a view of "Le Vercors" (mountain). Parking on site but garage for motorcycles only. Pets allowed (garden and veranda): under your responsibility (free), petsitting (paying 10 euros / day). Full breakfast possible (+ 5 euros/ person) but in all cases, coffee / tea / chocolate is offered! Your bedroom has a double bed with a private shower and sink, a table and 2 chairs, a dressing room, 2 multiple sockets and 2 bedside lamps. Sheets, quilt, pillows, towels, shower gel, soap and shampoo provided. Removable mosquito net, mosquito repellent socket (blue lamp, no chemicals) and fan on request. Iron and ironing board available. The outdoor space is, in my opinion, superb by day and by night ("Les 3 becs" du Vercors visible in clear weather and starry sky without light pollution). The parts shared with us are the living room, the WC as well as the outside. Access to the kitchen is limited to quickly prepared meals and at convenient times. Living on site, we will be able to answer your questions. Flexible arrival times, to be discussed together beforehand. Luggage storage possible. If you want a breakfast, please order it as soon as you book, same as the petsitting service (payment upon arrival please). Neighborhood in the meadows, woods and chestnut trees. Hiking trail at the end of our dead end road: little traffic = calm and security! Bakery, service station and producer shop nearby. Free parking on site. Nearby bus stops to go to Privas, Valence or Montélimar. Timetable available. Please fill in the number of travelers when booking please! Faced with the global health crisis due to the coronavirus, hydroalcoholic gel is now available at the entrance of the house. The common areas are regularly disinfected (door and window handles, switches, keys ...) and the private areas are obviously before each arrival and after each departure of travelers. Discretion, cleanliness and respect are essential. For the rest: enjoy! ... and if you are a little observant, you may be able to see a wild boar, a deer, a pheasant, a rabbit or even many birds (woodpecker, cuckoo, hoopoe ...) and maybe even our cat! ;-) Note that I am a petsitter, so there can sometimes be a dog outside (but I take care of it, don't panic!) No internet box (so no wifi), we only work with mobile data from our laptops.
