Guests will have access to veranda, billiard table, living room area, and garden. If guests wish to cook small meals, they are welcome to they will be assisted by the host or the friendly staff of the house. I will be most of the time around the house to answer to my guests inquiries. If not home my manager and friendly staffs will be there to attend to your needs and to assure your that you have comfort and enjoyable stay with us. What I love about my neighborhood is that it is peaceful, safe and away from from noisy nightlife of the island. Being centrally located near the markets, main roads, and just a few minutes walk to the front beach. Getting around my neighborhood is easy I advise that you walk. The island is only 7 kilometers long only. But if you need to get fast from one point to another these are the tariff: From station 1 to station 3 will costs 10 pesos, if you are hiring it is 60-100 pesos with an agreement, any route passed these points may cost between 100-200 pesos one way. I strongly advised to guests not to take single motorbikes especially during night time, they are mostly overpriced and taking advantage of passengers who had drunk a little too much. We asked guests to please leave their shoes, sleepers, etc. when coming in the house, for hygienic reason. We can provide indoor sleepers by request. My house staff will gladly assist you with anything from buying your drinks, cleaning your room, cooking a small meal, etc., (giving a small service fee directly to them will make them happy and is voluntary). We leave our gate open all day but will be closed by 10 pm at the latest. Should you wish to stay out late please inform the hosts for your convenience.
