Wonderful Loft in the heart of Varazze

Amazing loft in the center of Varazze a few meters from the sea, located in an ancient building recently renovated, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay surrounded by the sea air (and good food). Thanks to its high ceiling, the apartment is divided in 2 heights, a main floor and a mezzanine floor reached by hi-tech design scale. The loft made up of a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, with availability of 3 wardrobes and a chest of drawers, with possibility of adding an extra bed. Downstairs, the loft offers a spacious room with double sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, a service room which gives access to a terrace overlooking the inner courtyard. In the kitchen you will find: utensils, cookware, basic products for the kitchen (coffee, tea, sugar bags, pasta, salt, oil Ligure Reserve), Moka, electric kettle, toaster, dish washing, soap and sponges. The bathroom, with separate shower and tub, comes with a hairdryer, towels and a soap dispenser. Guests can arrive and depart in the moment at their convenience; in case of arrival after 9 pm or before 9 am, please contact the host with an adequate notice. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. Upon your arrival, you will find a member of our family (or someone delegated by us) who will be happy to welcome you. You will be handed the keys and you will be given some advice about Varazze and surroundings. At your departure, we ask you to arrange a time for the return of the keys The apartment is located in the central square of the charming town of Varazze, 140 meters from the promenade. Just outside the apartment, you can walk among the typical Ligurian alleys (known in the Ligurian dialect" as "caruggi") dotted with delightful shops, amazing restaurants and renowned bakeries and cake shops where you can taste the famous Ligurian focaccia; in no time at all, you'll find yourself on the promenade called "Corso Europa", a seaside path walk of 4.5 km that connects Varazze to the close Cogoleto which is nestled between the typical Mediterranean vegetation and jagged rocks overlooking the Ligurian Sea . How to reach Varazze : If you are traveling by car, the exit is the toll of Varazze. If You are traveling by train, get off at Varazze and take a 10-minute journey on foot (750m, source: (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)Maps). As for parking, for non-residents, the parking bordered by white stripes are free of charge, the blue ones delimit a pay parking; 10 m from the apartment is located a parking meter.
