Buller Vista includes the whole upstairs house as shown in photos, the apartment below is not included in the booking. Buller Vista is fully self contained and separate from the apartment below. On rare occasions the owners will attend the property and stay in the apartment (there is minimal to no noise transfer) - if this a concern to you please express to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Although I will not be there in person, you are welcome to contact me throughout your stay should you have any concerns. All properties in the area are generally un-fenced or fenced with wire. This allows a wide open aesthetic in keeping with the surrounding natural environment. It also allows wildlife to come and go as they please. We have Kangaroos attend the property almost daily depending on the season. They generally graze and layabout sunning themselves. Please note these are wild animal and feeding is strictly prohibited. They are extremely nervous around humans, and generally flee at the slightest movement, but still, please do not try to approach them as their movements can be unpredictable.
