Lingard Private Hospital is a 2 minute drive Walking distance to bus pick up points for Hunter Valley Concert Events A fully equipped home away from home for you. Front deck with a little courtyard & a back deck with BBQ. And downstairs a fully equipped laundry with extra toilet. Guests have the house to themselves however the number of bedrooms available & serviced for you, is dependant on your booking. The lowest rate is for one queen sized bedroom suitable for a couple. If more rooms are required then the extra guest rates apply due to the extra costs of laundry and cleaning. Lockbox for access. If needed we are always contactable by phone . When booking for 3 to 4 guests you will have access to two bedrooms. When booking for 5 to 8 guests you will have access to all three bedrooms.
