Family&pet friendly cottage in centre of St Agnes

Pascoe Cottage is part family home, part holiday let. Located on Vicarage road in the heart of St Agnes, the cottage benefits from having local amenities on its doorstep. There are several routes that you can take to walk down to Trevaunance Cove (approx 20mins). The cottage backs onto fields meaning that despite its central location, it is very peaceful. Child / pet friendly. Free street parking is available outside subject to availability or in the free village car park (5 mins) Refurbished in 2018, the main living space of the cottage is a large light and airy kitchen / living area. At one end is a dining area with sliding doors opening out onto the garden. At the other is a comfortable sitting area and television. There is also a separate snug at the front of the cottage with log burner & small TV/DVD Player for cosy evenings. The cottage benefits from an enclosed side passage that acts as a boot room / store for surf boards / wetsuits etc. A shower room/toilet is also on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a family bathroom with bath and separate monsoon shower. Comfortable bedrooms include 1 x king size room, 1 x double and 1 x twin. The twin room benefits from being an ‘L-shape’ meaning that there is plenty of room between the single beds in this room. A travel cot is available - this fits comfortably in the twin room. We also have a high chair and 1 x bed guard if required. The courtyard garden enjoys sun during the day and the front garden catches the evening sun. In the garden there is both a fire pit and gas bbq. The garden also has a hose / buckets and washing line for washing or hanging out wetsuits. We have young children so there is a small selection of toys and books for other children to enjoy if needed. We are not local but we have a trusted cleaner who can also help resolve any queries / issues during your stay. We are lucky to be in the centre of the village but still only a 20 min walk to Trevaunance Cove, a 5 min drive to Chapel Porth or 10 min drive to Perranporth. Turn right or left out of the door and you have a choice of pubs, restaurants and shops - we love coffee from the Sorting Office, The St Agnes Hotel for a drink or food and Pasties and cakes from the St Agnes Bakery. Only 5 mins walk from the cottage and you can be on a public footpath up to the Beacon. Perfect for a dog walk straight from the house. We are also only moments from the village playground. Being in the centre of the village you can walk to all that St Agnes has to offer when you are here. A car is however needed to explore the neighbouring beautiful beaches and villages. Parking in St Agnes is not the easiest but there is free on street parking outside the cottage subject to availability. Should you not be able to find a space there then there is a free village car park only a few minutes walk away. There is free parking outside the house but this is subject to availability. There is free parking available in the village car park which is a 5 min walk. Only one dog per booking please-this is due to size of garden and consideration for our neighbours.
