Oceanside house (2 bedroom)

Newly (2018) built 2 bedroom house at the ocean with AirCons, kitchen and two bathrooms. 15 minutes to Tagbilaran and 15-20 minutes to the famous Alona beach. Ideal to relax a few days and go on Bohol Chocolate Hills tour and enjoy diving. Ideal for Freedivers! We are not in the central tourist spot. If you like to go to other places, you will need some mode of transportation. See below "Getting around". Covid protocols will be followed. We can not facilitate your entry to Bohol. Kitchen utensils, drinking water and stove (incl. gas) is provided. We live on site and are happy to accommodate your wishes. My wife is from Bohol and I am a German who has been living in Panglao since 2007. Two separate internet providers to ensure high availability of internet. But interruptions can occur. You can share the gazebo at the cliff side of our property to enjoy a nice sun down or have some barbecue. Owner's family lives on site. Languages spoken are English, German, Visaya and Tagalog. We can help you with any tours. Only one direct neighbor, who is usually abroad. On week ends the local neighbors like to come and spend some time in the ocean. You will enjoy laughter and can engage with the friendly locals. You may also get the freshest fish possible when the fishermen come back and leave their boat just beside our property. We can assist you in renting either motorbikes or scooters (automatic or semi-automatic). We have a van that can drive you to places (and pick you up), or we can help you to find a van or car for any other trips you like to make. We can assist you in any tours you would like to do during your stay.
