There are charming period windows an open fireplace, leafy views from every window through steel framed windows and polished wooden floor boards. Just perfect. Just 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach, famous Acland Street shops, restaurants and cafes. 5 to 10 minutes walk to the markets, Luna Park and 96 tram to CBD Melbourne. 1 Minutes walk to the beautiful Botanical Gardens. 10 minutes walk to cosmopolitan attractions of St Kilda. You will have one of two bedrooms in the apartment all to yourself. We love delicious Quann 88, the inexpensive but delicious Vietnamese restaurant in nearby Barkley street, St Kilda. There are lots of beaches and park nearby, however the St Kilda Botanical Gardens and Elwood Beach are definitely favourites. There is an great night market in Luna Park gardens on Thursday nights and an out door cinema with bean bags by the beach in St Kilda. All these things in are easy waling distance. The 96 tram takes you directly in to the city. This tram stop in in Acland street, 5 - 10 minutes walk from the Apartment. You can walk to the beach, Luna Park, Gardens and Acland Street cafes, shops & Restaurants in 5 to 10 minutes. This is a relaxing smoke free environment. No pets please
