We can arrange your shopping for you, a driver, local tours and catering. Anything else - just ask! PLEASE NOTE - Our professional cleaners sanitize and disinfect the entire house after each guest using hospital grade chemicals. Guest access is via front stairs and through the front door. The whole top floor is at their disposal, private and secure. If possible I like to greet the guests on arrival. The guests will have as much privacy as they like. I love living here because it’s paradise. Once you arrive park the car and walk around town to have your daily hit of coffee. There is the Hotel Brunswick where you can sit in the beer garden and listen to fantastic music, your choice of cafes that serve incredible food. Maybe have a barbie on the deck, your choice. There are great restaurants open of an evening, and the usual fish and chips, burger joint and pizza restaurants, the New Mexican opens any day. Car Hire is best as there is so much to see around this stunning part of the coast. Even park the car and walk around town to the surf or the river. Or maybe ride a bike. There are two kayaks & two bikes and two stand up paddle boards available for the guests to use at no charge. The magnificent Brunswick River is 50 metres away, it’s beautiful and safe for the little ones. Please note we ask you to leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it, clean & tidy. If the dishes are not done or bbq not cleaned, there will be a fee of $45 per hour incurred in order to clean this. BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS Our property has a firm no party policy with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no loud music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm. Receiving a noise complaint will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 8pm – 6am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining tariff or bond. Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
