Duke's mill (Moulin du duc in French), is an amazing 3000m2 piece of land, situated at the outer Western point of Brittany. A 120m2 fully equipped family house offers to a maximum of 5 persons a perfect panoramic view upon a green valley with a river, and a perfect accommodation to discover the region. The perfect place to enjoy nature in a quiet and private environment ! Fishing in the river, visiting cider producers, biking, sea side... Located 15km from the coast, close to Quimper, Concarneau, Pont-Aven, la pointe du Raz... In the heart of Brittany ! A large living room : fire place, TV and a sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen : fridge, oven, kettle, microwave, senseo coffee, dishwasher, toaster... 1/2 Room : double bed room 2/2 Room : large room with 2 beds; 1st double bed, 2nd single bed Bathroom : shower, toilet Conservatory : green sight and sun taking Cave/garage : washing machine, barbecue, possibility to store your bikes... Bath clothes and bed clothes available on demand. Electricity not included (to avoid wast and misuse) to be paid on the last day before departure. The house must be cleaned before departure.
