Nice apartment near the sea in Albir.

Spacious apartment 300m from the beach. Located in a quiet area. It's a closed territory with swimming pool and well-groomed area. There are many shops, restaurants, bus stop with access to Benidorm and Altea. Also golf field, eucalyptus park with children playground are near. Enough big closed territory which is very comfortable for families especially with children. not so many people. We have underground garage. It's important because it is difficult to find space for car in summer. Also you can drink a glass of vine on the open terrace facing to the green area. I am always in touch by email or phone and try to answer any your question. The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the beach. In 5 minutes walk there is a eucalyptus park and a playground. Nearby there are cafes and restaurants with varied cuisine.There are also two small shops nearby. And two big supermarket Mercadona and Lidl are located about kilometer from the apartment.
