Our property (Temple at 7-10 minutes walk) is located at the heart of the town. It has a green lawn and a lush garden at the front and free parking adjoining the property. All rooms are facing the great Himalayan peaks and rivers. So you can enjoy the unending view of the Himalayas right in front of your room or from the windows if inside. Property gives you a sense of aloofness and privacy while ensuring supreme silence throughout the stay. Bus station is 5 minute walk from the property. 1 rooms with 3 beds, attached bathroom, instant hot water geyser and a large lawn and garden in the front with no disturbance. Heater/blower for room warming and electric kettle for hot water available in room Room is on the first floor and would require guest to climb 5-7 steps upstairs. GUEST RULES We do not accommodate males only, groups. Only families and couples are accommodated. Solo male/female are allowed Drinking, drugs, party, loud music is not allowed at the property. Smoking is allowed only in the smoking zone. Guest will have to carry their luggage to and from the property themselves. Recommendation is to keep it light. Access to sit out area, garden and lawn Guest can call the host anytime who live on the property, and with minimum to no interference. Providing privacy, security, silence, and good service is the motto of the host. The property is managed by my parents who are senior citizens. You can talk to them and inquire about local custom, culture and local sightseeing places. They have spent their life in the region and know it like the back of their hand. Best local restaurant to most revered peak and river - talk about anything about the region. Feel secure and enjoy the stay. Come for a lonely retreat leaving behind all the physical, mental, and emotional baggage to rejuvenate and recharge in a town where there are immense possibilities of enriching your spiritual and emotional experience. Our place is also an ideal location for people interested in meditation as property provides conducive enviornment for it. Our place is also the best option for solo female travellers who are looking for a safe and secure stay. Each room has great view of the great Himalayan peaks, and rivers. Stare at them for hours and immerse yourself in the beauty of the mountains. Ask the host about the best route to the temple, best places to visit. Bath in the hot water spring Temple darshan Go for a walk in the village Bamini, seen right in front of the property on the opposite side of river Alaknanda. Enjoy walk on the suspension bridge on the river. Click beautiful pictures, selfies. Trekking to Mount Neelkanth is another exciting activity. Visit Manna, the last village on the border with China, and shop hand made items Or just go on a long walk in the valley enjoying clean air, crystal clear water of the rivers and springs, and clear blue sky above, on a sunny day.
