This fully furnished one bedroom apartment offers modern interiors with space and style. The bathroom is disabled friendly. It is super conveniently located across the road from Chatswood Interchange with train, metro & buses, minutes away from Woolworths Supermarket, The District, Chatswood RSL club, walk to shops, restaurants, cafes and schools. Mantra hotel which operates in the same building offers free wifi. However the availability and quality of the wifi service is not guaranteed. The apartment is similar to other service apartment, suitable for short/medium term stay. We clean the apartment and replace all bed linen for new guests checking in. No cleaning service offered during the stay. The place will be cleaned to a reasonable standard. Though, you may find dust at cupboard corners, or underneath the bed & etc. Please don't book the place if you are someone expecting a spotless dust free environment. The apartment does not come with parking. Commercial parkings are nearby (opposite the road and next door). Off street meter parking is available. (Peak time - 1 hour parking; off-peak - free). Key card is required to access the lift and property. I'm available via phone or message. Will try to respond as soon as I can. However, I can't guarantee immediate response, or 24x7 availability. At the centre of Chatsood. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, public transport. The apartment is 2 minutes away from train and public transport. There is no parking on premise. Commercial parking and off street parking is available with parking fees applied. If the room key is lost, $50 per key will need to be paid the the guest. If smoke alarm is triggered, a fire brigades call out fee ($1700) will need to be paid by the guest. The apartment has a sofa bed. Extra linen can be provided with extra charge.
