If you are used to drive on left side of the road and you have an international driving license, you will be able to borrow the car. (Insurance done for all drivers) OTHERS : Use the Apps GRAB, just download and use. Cost is about Rm5 to Rm15 to reach beaches or town. From Airport Rm35 Recently a Hop-On Hop-Off bus, bus stop is just at the corner street by the beach. For travellers who prefer the convenience of taxi, there are always a handful waiting in front of "Double Tree Resort"by Hilton right next door. MANAGEMENT POLICY Miami green access requires a resident card, to get it you will need to send us your passport with coloured picture visible (Including kids) Resident card is done within 72 hours. AIR-CON The daily price includes 20Kwh of energy, air conditioners can not be ON 24/7. An energy meter is installed and will be ressetted at the check IN and checked at the check OUT, all extra Kwh will be charged at 0.546rm/Kwh (No refund if less) NON SMOKING It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment but possible on the balcony. A fee of RM300 will be charged in order to decontaminate the apartment. PETS are not accepted
