At 10 min from airport and city center, close to the main clubs Swag, Bora Bora , Ushuaia, Hard Rock, Hi Club Ibiza, Nassau and Coco Beach. At 3 min from the beach, supermarkets, bus and taxi station. Nice double room, with window and view , free wifi and private key. Is a 3 bedroom apartment, 2 of them we rent it and in one of them we live, so normally I will be around to help you with any questions, doubts or information you may need. Close to everything but in an quite area so you can have a good sleep. The terrace can be used just if you are smoking. The living room and eating space can be used but please let it in order , like the bathroom because you are sharing it with the other guests. The guests can use the fridge, the microwave with oven, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker, but Not the Kitchen. Washing machine can be used with an extra cost. I do it so you don't have to worry about it. I have tickets, for all the clubs , some of them with discounts( depends of the parts and time of year), boat partys, and also for some partys free lists or invitacions(just ask us about avalibility). Excursions, Water sports, etc The neighborhood is close to the main attractions but still in a quite zone for you be able to have a good sleep. The neighbors are working, respectful and quiet people. Very important to me to respect the environment. The apartment is at 3 min walking from bus and taxi station , at 10 min from airport and ibiza center by taxi or car. In playa den bossa area the parking is free. Im a positive, quite, respectful person , wanting to meet new people. So my guests they have to have the same qualities so we can have a great stay together. I will make you to feel like Home but I don't allow bringing or doing drugs, drink alcohol without limit, partys or outside guests, because I try to keep at safe and calm place for me , all my guests and my neighbors.
