Fantastic sea view Villa- 3 Bedrooms and pool

VILLA GRACE with its wonderful panorama, its private pool, its wonderful barbecue area, its luxurious furniture, the comfortable 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, with its individual spirit, is always available to its guests. You will be welcomed and accommodated. You will be offered many opportunities to make your vacation unforgettable. The host of the home lives in the top floor suite but you have sole access to the villa apart from the owners shared access. The owner also has small dog The property has stunning views from all levels. You will have a stunning sea view from the pool area , and all of the bedrooms. Balchik marina and beach and Albena beach are just a short distance. There is also a 'wild beach ' just a short 1km walk , and a little bit further along the beach ( 5 mins walk ) is albena beach. All three bedrooms have air conditioning / heating depending on time of year There is a lovely shaded area by the pool and a BBQ / summer kitchen with sink and workspace. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor currently not in use and used for storage - so the three bedrooms on the first floor are part of the rental which are all double and sleeps maximum of 8 as one bedroom has a double bed and two singles. There is ample parking space for vehicles. Within 10 minutes walk there is a lovely beach which is not commercialised and very pleasant , if you walk a further 10 minutes then you will be in Albena Beach with restaurants and bars . The villa it situated on one of the tall hills in the Balchik area offering stunning views of the sea and Albena Bay and also of the hills opposite. You would drive into Balchik centre ( 5 minutes ) where there are many restaurants , Marina , Fish Market , and many small shops and greengrocer stalls. In the other direction ( a few minutes ) is Albena where you have the waterpark , and the main Albena Resort. You could also have a 20 minute walk along the beach to Albena using the steps at the bottom of the road.
