The Sevenoaks Apartment

In our humble opinion, Sevenoaks is the most beautiful part of England. Nearby there is King Henry the Eighth's deer park, the North Downs 'area of outstanding natural beauty' and a stunning valley with hamlets and lavender fields on either side of the river. We are ten minutes walk from the centre of Sevenoaks and fifteen minutes walk from Sevenoaks station, which goes directly to the heart of London. We are slowly but surely modernising our apartment and therefore most of it is as we would like however a couple of areas are due to be replaced such as the old kitchen cupboard doors. There is a 'shared garden at the back. It is rare for any of the other residents to use it so no doubt you will have it to yourself. Whilst you are in the property it will be yours and we will leave you in peace, however you will certainly be free to call or text us between 9-5 any day with any questions and of course outside of these times for emergencies. Sevenoaks is a tranquil historic town with many independent cafés and plenty of charity shops, well stocked by the affluent Sevenoaks residents. British train travel is not cheap, therefore we recommend travelling off-peak (after 10 am weekdays, or anytime during weekends or public holidays) when you can pay £17.50 total for unlimited travel into, around, and back from London
