Our space is also pet friendly, however, we do charge a $350 pet fee PER pet (non-refundable)! Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The wall unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment. Coin operated washer and dryer are located in the shared laundry room on site. We book our units up to 3 months in advance. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened.
