Supermarkets, boutiques, bakery, food bar, dm, pharmacies, restaurants, massage studio etc. (so really everything) is within 2-3 minutes from the house. Margaret island or Buda Castle is within walking distance (~15 minutes walking or 5-10 minutes by traim / bus). Excellent. You can reach every part of Budapest easily form here (city center is also 20 minutes), but still, it is a cultured, green part of the town. Transport: 4-6 traim (0-24) located within 3 minutes from here. (this is the most important traim line of Budapest, going through the city nonstop) Lots of supermarket, bakery, cafe, restaurants, massage studio, post, pharmacy, shopping mall (called Mammut), within few minutes. There are also 2 fine restaurants in the bottom of the house. Animals are not allowed. Smoking inside the flat is forbidden.
