Amazing Panoramic Sea Views

Located at the end of a quiet lane, this is a very private coastal detached house standing in its own grounds of about 2 acres running down to the coast, with spectacular views across Falmouth Bay to Rosemullion Head. With plenty of off road parking the 3 bedroom accommodation has ample space to relax with a large conservatory, living room with wood burner, sun room and kitchen/diner. The amazing garden even has its own wooded valley descending to a stream and direct access to the coastal path. If you are looking for somewhere to escape the hustle and bustle of life you would be hard pressed to find a better holiday home. Situated within its own grounds of about 2 acres there are ample places around the property to sit and watch the sea whatever the weather. The gardens have paved terraced areas around the house for BBQs or alfresco dining. These in turn lead down to level grass areas and its own wooded valley! (please supervise young children). We have a gate that leads straight onto the coastal path which hugs the shoreline. Maenporth is about a 10 minute walk east along the path providing a sheltered sandy family beach with its own cafe selling beach food , coffees etc.. The accommodation is mostly on one level with a large conservatory that leads through to the living room with relaxed seating , a lovely woodburner and baby grand piano. From there there is a small sun room, perfect to sit and read in, which opens onto the large well equipped kitchen. This has everything you need to prepare a simple beach lunch or more elaborate evening meal. There is a master bedroom with amazing sea views and its own en-suite with separate bath plus a second bedroom with a family bathroom. The third bedroom/studio is located in what was the original garage (this bedroom is accessed via external steps in the rear garden) and has its own en-suite. All bedrooms have super king sized beds which can be set up as twins if required (please specify on booking). You will have exclusive access to the whole of the house and gardens during your stay. We understand that after a long drive down you do not necessarily want to be met to pick up keys. We therefore have a key-safe that allows you to access the house any time after check in. We are however always available to answer questions so please contact us through the Airbnb messaging system or Phone Dominic. If needs be I am always available to pop round. Maenporth has its own lovely sandy beach, amazing walks and provides easy access to Falmouth the Helford Passage and further afield. With the coastal path running along the end of the garden and panoramic sea views from the house you will definitely be able to make the most of this spectacular part of south west Cornwall. Whilst there are regular trains to Falmouth, busses servicing the area are irregular (especially out of season) so if you are looking to rely on public transport please check bus timetables before you book, there is also about 0.7mile walk from nearest dropping off point. If you are walking or cycling or arriving by car there is plenty of parking space and storage areas for bikes . Whilst much of the property is on one level the grounds and entrance to the house are steeply sloping there are also steps up to the studio bedroom.
