Open plan regency style apartment with parking

Lovely Ground floor apartment with a huge open plan living room, kitchen and dining room with great views toward Gloucester Green Bowling Club. High ceiling really make this a wow space to stay at for a romantic stay away or family holiday. The bathroom is off the main bedroom so any adults sleeping in the fold out beds will have to walk through the bedroom to access it which won't suit all guests. We have secure gated parking on site and can provide additional parking cars if required Virgin Fibre Broadband is included with speeds of 50MB+ We understand that single people sometime dont want to share beds and bedrooms. The price you are quoted is calculated based on sharing beds or using only the normal beds. If you dont share want to we are happy to provide fold out beds up to the maximum mentioned as available. We charge a small amount to you for the provision of the extra bedding to cover our laundry costs and our staffs time. This is at a cost of £15 per bed per stay. All the apartment is entirely for guests use only I live locally so if you need anything please let me know and give me a call We are a very short walk from Gloucester Docks and the City Centre in a quiet neighbourhood with little traffic or noise generally A short walk from the main bus and train stations therefore a car is not required. We have a secure car park to the rear of the property This is a quiet location away from the noise of the docks We can provide extra parking spaces in Spa Road nearby at a cost of £5 per day. We allow 1 well behaved dog to stay during the apartment. Please do not leave your pet unattended in the apartment. We ask they you ensure you put does not disturb other guests by barking and that you use the local park to walk your dog. We make an extra £25 cleaning charge to cover the cost of the extra cleaning that will be needed
