Warm & Beautiful Queen Size Single Bedroom

The hosts live in the house and rent out rooms. This private room with a shared bathroom is available in my single family house. My house is very beautiful, clean, organized and has a lot of parking. The guest(s) will have access to other areas of the house including living room, dining room, family room, kitchen. We neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants ( only 5 minutes walking distance) parks / trails and mass transit and Interstate highways. We have available one bedroom with a queen size bed. The bathroom is shared, and has a tub and shower. Each room can fit 1-3 people because we have a futon, the 3 person will be extra charge for $20 each night. Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Family Room, & Laundry Room We live on site and will be available anytime during the duration of your visit. Quiet neighborhood with several parks and walking trails. Close to shopping and easy access to buses which have routes throughout Germantown and the surrounding towns. The buses also have connections to the DC Metro System. The bus stop is just out front the house door. The bus goes to the Shady Grove Metro station and to Clarksburg MD. Very convenient. Walk 3 minutes to Milestone Shipping Center, which includes a Giant, Aldi, Wegmans, Warmer, Target, TJ Max, Kohl’s, Starbucks, Home Depot, Apple Bee restaurant, etc. A total of 1.5 miles to the Department of Energy, 3 miles to US National Institute of Standards and Technology and 4 miles to Costco, best location ever. Only half mile to Interstate 270, 22 minutes to Walter Reed National Medical Center. My house is just next to Route 355 called Frederick Rd. I want to our guests to know that if our guests are no longer available and they forgot to hand over the key to the room. I will deduct $15 for the key fee from the guests credit card. If your pets broken bed sheets, windows curtains or lamps, they must be compensated at the original price. Thank you.
