Elevated above the beautiful Soca Valley nestled in the hillside with stunning uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. Soca Villa (or Soča Vila, formerly known as Hiša Nad Sočo) sits high on a plateau surrounded by woodland. There are panoramic views of the distant Julian Alps and the turquoise waters of the Soča river. The house is set at the end of a long driveway and is peaceful and private yet only 2 kilometres from Most na Soči with its small supermarket, pharmacy, butcher, petrol station, cafes and restaurants. New for 2022:- Luxury beds and mattress throughout the house. They can single or clipped together as super kings for each bedroom. Please let us know your sleeping arrangements. Dating from the 19th century, the house has been completely refurbished and combines the traditional and modern. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen and formal dining room, a utility (with washing machine and dryer), WC, an extra twin bedroom and a shower. On the first floor there are three good-sized ensuite bedrooms: one double and two twins (all with shower and bath). On the top floor there is a large double bedroom with bath (please not the spa in the bath is disconnected) and shower. There is an open plan living area with large sofa, TV and fireplace, a kitchen with table and chairs and a separate WC with shower. There is a large window and balcony which looks out over the Soča Valley. Directly outside is a delightful courtyard with a stone barbeque and long wooden bench table. There is also a herb garden which guests are welcome to use and stone steps to the swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The facilities include bed linen, bath towels, dressing gowns, hair dryers, wifi, satellite TV. Beautiful, bespoke decor with rustic charm throughout the house. All modern amenities.
