Situated around 300m from the main house on a 1200 acre sheep farm in the beautiful Mudgee region of NSW Jacobs Place is a unique experience where you can totally unwind and detox from the stressors of life. Made entirely from mud brick with concrete floors the tiny house is snug in winter with its lovely fire and cool in summer. Infant friendly and Dogs are welcome (outside only) we allow small house dog inside You will love the seclusion. A new deck has been constructed over the dam where you can lay in the sun or read that book you have been meaning to read. Pet friendly 2.5 hours from western Sydney The tiny house is yours. Suitable for 2 adults. One bedroom and a large sofa. Lots of privacy. Lots of space You will be amazed and delighted There when you need us and not when you don’t. It is approx 300m from the main house and very private Amazing for foodies or wine lovers. Within 40mins you will be in the midst of Mudgee food and wine heaven. Walking and push bike tracks forever. We ask you do not drive cars on our property only when getting to and from the tiny house. We have livestock and driving is a risk. If you bring a pet with you they must be kept on a lead at all times when you are moving around the property, pets are welcome but not in the house unless it is a small breed and preapproved The tiny house has a large Dam unfenced right out the door. It is not suitable for children. An infant would be fine. Perfect for babymoons or honeymoons or the detoxers
