You can set up your deckchair in the Development's ground or take a 2 minute stroll to the blue flag beach. N.B. Ongoing building work on the second phase of the development. The second phase is a separate building. Building work on the original building is complete. Builders are on site from 8am Mon-Fri and as the bedroom window overlooks the new build there might be early morning noise. Guests will have a designated parking space. A car is recommended to explore the local area as public transport to and from Porthcawl is limited. BUT there are lots of activities - surfing /walking /golf on your doorstep! Local information • Porthcawl's enduring legacy as a beloved seaside resort is evident in its quintessentially British promenade and historic harbourside. • With an eclectic mix of restaurants, cafes, boutiques and independent stores and AMAZING fish and chip shops/restaurants! • The town is also host to wide variety of festivals and events and The Grand Pavilion has a full programme of shows/events. • With exceptional scenery on your doorstep and along the coast, you can explore the likes of Kenfig Nature Reserve, Merthyr Mawr sand dunes, Dunraven Bay and Ogmore-by-Sea. • Cardiff is less than 30 miles away There is a designated parking space. It is around a 20 minute walk along a charming coastal path to the town centre. There are buses available from the town to Cardiff but the best way to get around is by your own transport. The Wales Coastal Path is literally outside the gate of the Development. There is ongoing building work on the second phase of this development . The building on the original Victorian Grade 11 building where The Loft is has completed.
