Builders are on site from 8am Mon-Fri and as the bedroom window overlooks the new build there might be early morning noise. Guests will have a designated parking space. A car is recommended to explore the local area as public transport to and from Porthcawl is limited. BUT there are lots of activities - surfing /walking /golf on your doorstep! It is around a 20 minute walk along a charming coastal path to the town centre. There are buses available from the town to Cardiff but the best way to get around is by your own transport. The Wales Coastal Path is literally outside the gate of the Development. There is ongoing building work on the second phase of this development .
