thanks for taking your time to read,this is a traditional europe style secured large family house in geelong west.we provide with complimentary toiletries,bed linen for you。the feature for the proerty is,a queit and safety nest.we try our best to make our guests to feel back home. we also have other ensuite rooms and single rooms in this house,if you are groups or need more rooms,my property can provide 10+ people. the location for this house is very convience.300m to train station(all bus,lines can be find),20mins drive to avolon airport(or skybus at geelong station) 800m to deakin uni and waterfont.5mins walking to geelong cbd,200m to gordon tafe.also walking distance to geelong famous pakington st which got lots special cafe,food and bars. just for kitcken,guests welcome to use kettle,toaster,coffee machine,oven,plates,microwave,fridge for some lightly and easy food we do no visitors allowed beside our guests (1 people max for room 7)by current covid situation to keep in safe environment with limited number of people in whole property. thank you for understanding. we got 4 parking spots at back of property,normally it'senough for guests to park.. busy period if car park full sometime need to park on side of street. yes,yes,yes. welcome guests to contact me anytime when they need me. location is good. close to everywhere,walking distance to waterview,cbd,pako,cafe,restraurant,bank....everywhere. there is bus stop at front, also could take uber and didi now no high power electrical appliances allowed to use in room which guests bring in without premisstion(such as electrical cooktop,electrical oven,high power electrical pot).if there is a power off or citcuit breaker switch off,we got a permission to enter room to check. No vistors property, protect every guest we have to get a safe living Enviroment.especialy in covid 19 period.
