This nice Apartment is located in sight and within easy reach of Prague Castle. Cozy and sunny flat with Southeast oriented windows and balcony offers peace and comfort and yet it is located just a few minutes from public transport and downtown City. Ideal for families, group of friend up to 4 people. · Cosmopolitan quarter surrounded by gourmet restaurants, cafes, 2 big parks (Stromovka, Letná) . 5 min to subway, 30 min to the historic Centre by walk, 10 by public transport . 2 bikes My newly refurbished apartment is in second floor in renovated house with lift. Has large bedroom with kingsize bed and comfortable sofa (double bed), living room with dining table for 4 , fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub, separate toilet and spacious terrace. You will have full access to the entire apartment during your stay. I provide you with towels, soap, bed linen, iron, first aid kit. There is also a fridge freezer, cooker with electric oven, cattle, washing machine, wi-fi and a small stereo availeble. You can borrow 2 bikes for free. I´m usually at hand during your stay, so I will be available most of the time if you need anything at all. I am also easy reached by phone during the day. I will be happy to help and guide. When it comes to dining and entertainment this lovely cosmopolitan place is surrounded by gourmet restaurants (diversity of Cuisine: Czech, Thai, Italian, Indian, Japanese, Vietnamese, Russian, vegetarian) as well as local food specialities, café, bio snack bar supermarket, pubs or wine bars… You can make jogging in 2 big parks (Royal park Stromovka and Letná with superb views over Prague). Prague ZOO is 2 km far through Royal Park Stromovka. Near Prague Castle - 7 min by walk Malá Strana 15 min Old Town 30 min by walk and 10 min by public transport. Subway 3 min Dejvice is a Prague District with an easy access to the very centre of the City. It takes only 3 minutes to subway (Metro); 10 min. to the Prague Castle, 30 min. to the Old Town, Lesser Town, National Theatre, Jewish Town and the historic Centre by walk or 10 min. by public transport; 20 min. drive from/to the Airport (Bus 119, Metro line A). The Airport direction: Bus 119 from the Airport to the Nádraží Veleslavín final stop, then change to Metro line A to Dejvická Station. It is only 3 minutes walking to my apartment from there. The Central Station direction: Metro line C from Hlavní nádraží Station, change to line A at Muzeum Station and get to Dejvicka Station. No smoking - except terrace No parties or events Not suitable for pets Persons not included in the contract have no access to the Apartment. I kindly ask all guests to avoid causing any household equipment damage and not to disturb the neighbours by excenssive noise. Do not abuse any facility in the apartment and it's surroundings. A security deposit to cover “additional charges “, including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges may be required additionally. This is in order to keep the property in great condition and all guests in a safe and enjoyable environment during their stay.
