Joondalup Double Room

Joondalup is a northern suburb of Perth, this location is within walking distance to all amenities, shopping and transport. Double ensuite at the front of the house. Own bathroom with separate WC. Shutters - good for getting over jet lag. Looks out over garden. Huge wardrobes and storage. Split Daikin system to keep you cool or warm. Adding a bed is possible, as is changing the bed arrangement to a twin or double. We share everything in the house, the rule is if you see it you can use it and that includes the Piano if you can play? This aussie home has lots of space, pool, BBQ, alfresco, TV room, office and wifi, kitchen with lots of equipment - including a chocolate fondue I offer accommodation but not breakfast - you have full use of the kitchen and are welcome to shop for you own food and cook just as you would at home. I am not a great cook so will not try to impress. Joondalup has all the facilities you need, it does also have lovely parks. I feel safe here and the street is mostly famillies. I can walk everywhere within Joondalup. If walking is not your thing, there are buses that leave often from a close by bus stop and will have you at Joondalup station in 2mins. This is a family house, we are husband and wife with 3 kids: Todd, 11 -- loves his computers Miranda, 9 -- will show you around the house and introduce you to the pet rabbit Bobby, 5 -- if you like to play he will be your best mate, if you don't like playing then you won't get a peep out of him. We all work or school and have plenty of clubs so the house is not stretched at all - still plenty of space for everyone.
