Separate entrance and bathroom, quiet location

We offer our sunny basement to singles or couples on short trips. Use your own bathroom, have a separate entrance and enjoy privacy as if you were in a hotel room. We provide dishes and coffee/tea-makers, so you can have breakfast. Languages: EN, FRA and ITA. Information for guests arriving by car: There are parking facilities on the street. Both parking lots in front of the house are unfortunately reserved for permanent tenants. Private entrance. If you have any questions regarding your stay, please contact me at any time. A café and a bakery can be found round the corner (1 minute). Excellent connection to public transportation, taking you to the city center. 17 minutes S-Bahn station 7 minutes on foot. If you are interested in cycling you can rent our bicycles, please just ask!
