Unwind in a Tranquil Timber Studio Set in a Private Garden

Feel refreshed in a modern architectural space designed by the team at yardstix, that's been pared back to its design essentials. Unadorned Cross laminated timber [CLT] wood paneling and joinery, along with cool polished concrete floors, create clean lines which compliment the simple and minimalist furnishings. The space is a single level detached garden studio to the rear of the existing house. You will have access to your own deck overlooking your own backyard. Inside the studio you will find your own bathroom complete with everything you should need for your stay inc: shampoo, conditioners, soaps and lovely scents ( to make the place smell great), there is also plenty of above counter storage for toiletries. The kitchenette has been fitted out with the latest from fisher & paykel such as a small fridge/freezer, oven, rangehood, cooktop, dishwasher, sink, washing machine/dryer and all necessities for cooking. The main room has a double size bed, flat screen TV, bedside lamps and tables, a sitting area and wardrobe space. The sitting area could allow 1 more to sleep but please confirm prior to booking as it is not a bed currently. The studio also has wifi access, Netflix, coffee machine, USB charging ports & Bluetooth speaker at request. Guest will have the entire studio to themselves including the yard to the front of the studio. The driveway may also be used as a shared space but there is plenty of parking on the street if needed. I try to aim to give you as much privacy as possible. I am available to answer any questions via email, phone or text. I live approx 5-10min away and I am more then happy to pop past and show you around as well. The studio is walking distance to local cafes and a supermarket. There's a nearby bus stop to reach Westfield Shopping Centre and the city. It's a 10-minute drive to local beaches such as Maroubra and Little Bay. Central Sydney is 25 minutes away. The best way to get around Sydney is a car. The car can be parked within the driveway of the property or on the street to the front of the residence. If a car is not a option the 391 or 392 bus is 1min walk from the studio. These buses will lead you straight to westfields shopping centre at Eastgardens and from there you can go to the city, the airport or any beach within the eastern suburbs. Uber drivers also come quite frequently to the premises. All amenities should be catered for, I have tried to fit in everything needed for your stay, if there is something that you need please I not hesitate to ask .
