Our B&B in our home, in a quiet rural sub division & provides a 'Music City Vacation Oasis'. 20 min. to DT Nashville & area attractions. 2 miles off Interstate 24, shopping, restaurants. Heated, salt water pool with volley ball net. Fire pit inside coffee table for cool evenings. Ping pong table, darts in the garage game area. Pergola w/swing and corn hole on pool deck area. Table games available. Friendly home owners, w/47 years in the restaurant/hospitality bus. Read more about our space... In complete transparency, this is our private home and "Bed & Breakfast" venue. We live in it (Master Bedroom/Office) and rent 3 private bedrooms/2 baths on the "Main Level Listing" shared spaces and another large "Upper Level Bedroom Suite/bath Listing" with two queen beds that sleeps 4. Together, our "Upper and Main Level" listing, sleeps 10. We offer our guests a fun and relaxing 'Bed & Breakfast' venue. With that in mind, we can accommodate 6 adult guests for the Main Level rental and 4 on the Upper Level rental. No parties with additional friends or family, who are not registered guests. It's a violation of Air B&B, Insurance and our neighborhood HOA rules. Violators, will be fined and no longer able to book on Air B&B. If you've never experienced a "Bed & Breakfast", think of us as your Bed & Breakfast Hosts/"Inn Keepers" of the property. Each morning we provide a breakfast for our guests at 9:00a.m., unless you have a special request. Let us know if you or someone in your group has any special dietary needs. We are in and out as we care for the property, but also have jobs outside the home. We've hosted many types of groups and occasions up to 10 and everyone has a great time as our reviews show! Our 'Bed & Breakfast Guests' love meeting other guests from all over the U.S. and world or they tend to rent both levels. We're located in a quiet, rural sub division surrounded by green rolling hills of the Cumberland's. Our number one goal, is to provide a safe, relaxing and memorable stay with us and in the greater Nashville Area! All we ask, if that our guests respect us our home/Bed & Breakfast, property and keep the volume down outside for our neighbors 11pm-7am. For more information see photo's, descriptions and amenities. 'Shared Spaces' as shown in photos and descriptions. Each private room has it's own room key and we have one for our master bedroom and office as well. This makes everyone feel comfortable. Key pad entry and a temporary guest code is given at check-in. Our guests do not have use of the kitchen for cooking meals or food prep, but do have use of the outdoor gas grill and microwave to reheat leftovers. We also create an open shelf in our garage/game room refrigerator as many guests like cold or to grill their meat, cheese, and beverages for lunch and either eat out or order in for their supper. There is only room in the garage refrigerator for one shelf for guests on the main level and one for the upper level guests. You are welcome to bring a cooler w/ice. Home owners, refrigerator's ice maker cannot keep up with pool side group, so you'd need to purchase your bags of ice at the local Dollar Store ($3 per bag) or grocery store 2.5 miles away. Booking with us will requires you to read and acknowledge everything about our home/venue on our main page, then reply in writing to us in the message center that you accept terms and conditions of renting. Please inform the guests, in your reservation prior your stay, so they are well informed that we live in the home and what the amenities are as well as house rules: *Private pool opens at 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. After 11:00p.m. if you're out by the pool and covered patio, please keep the volume down in respect of our neighbors who work the next day and have children sleeping. Swim at your own risk. No life guard present. Our private, salt water pool is open weather permitting April 1-Nov. 1st. Heating the pool, when the outside temp. is at least 60 degrees over night and daytime reaches 75 and sunny. Please note; Maximum temp. is 86 degrees, so please know it's warm but not going to feel like a hot tub. *No Pets *No Glass in or around the pool. *No smoking in the house or pool side covered patio's. *No parking in street. We provide two outdoor parking stalls for the main level guests in the driveway. One for the upper level and one for home owners. Our number one goal, is to provide an overall memorable experience in our 'Music City Oasis Bed & Breakfast', as well as sharing, popular area attractions, including the ones most tourists don't know about! Questions & Answers you may have about this space as shown in photos and descriptions: Main Level Rooms -3 private guest bedrooms/2 private bathrooms includes: Nashville room w/Queen bed, dresser, closet, computer desk w/chair. Pool side, 'Aqua Sun Room', includes a twin Day bed w/pull out and away, memory foam trundle, dresser and closet. Purple room w/queen size bed, computer desk and chair, closet, private and full bath. (Grey and brown tones) Main Level Rooms, per this listing sleeps 6. 'Base Price' is $125 (Holiday weekends varies) and then each additional, $10 per person, per night. (Cover the cost of breakfast and labor)This does not include Air B&B service fee and taxes. Sleeps 6 total. Cleaning and disinfecting fee of $75 per stay for this 'Main Level Rooms' rental. Three bedrooms, two private bathrooms. Shared spaces shared by guests staying in the 'Upper and Main Level Rooms': Living room, dining room, microwave, table & island kitchen for eating breakfast, both patio's front and back, pool, game room in garage. Two parking stalls in our private driveway. Owners/Inn Keeper's, live in this home on opposite side of the house Master and office. What makes our neighborhood so special, is it's located in the country away from the busiest and over populated areas. A quiet, safe and friendly place to take in the beauty of the rolling Cumberland Mts.. Great for walking, beautiful drives, relaxing and picturesque sun sets, yet just a few minutes from Interstate Hwy 24 and Sam Ridley Pkwy where an abundance of shopping, restaurants. Nashville Area attractions all with in a 20-22 Min. drive. We'll be happy to help, if needed in getting around the area, according to your interests. We also offer certified Lyft and Uber rides. We are very customer service oriented and will do everything we can to ensure you have an enjoyable experience, so don't hesitate to ask how we can help. My husband, Curt is a certified Lyft and Uber driver. -Check-in 3p.m. Check-out 11a.m. (Unless Guests have special permission for a late check-out, there will be a $50 per hr. past 11a.m. check- out as we need to clean, disinfect for our next reservation. -Residential private home and quiet neighborhood, NO loud parties are allowed or tolerated. City and HOA ordinance -Quiet hrs. 11pm-7am. -Do not invite people, who are not in your reservation to join you inside or out. -No street parking. Driveway parking only- 2 -3 guest cars. -Please remove street shoes upon entering and leave by the front door or inside door going out to the garage. - Please help conserve water and towels. -Due to allergies/asthma, no smoking or pets on the premises. Except outside pool deck on cement. Smoking inside or covered patios will result in a $200 penalty. - Guests do not have kitchen use. Guests may use out door gas grill and smoker and microwave to reheat left overs. - Owners provide a light breakfast to guests 9:00a.m.-10:00a.m. unless guests have a special requested time needed. One of the days, they provide an breakfast entree. - Guests may order out pizza and other take out to eat on premises, but they are responsible to clean up not home owners. They may also use one open shelves in the garage/game room refrigerator, for their cold bev., meats. cheese, salad and veggies. Micro wave to heat food and left overs. Blender and ice for alcoholic drinks. Home owners, refrigerator's ice maker cannot keep up with pool side gatherings, so you'd need to purchase your bags of ice at the local Dollar Store ($3 per bag) or grocery store 2.5 miles away (Website hidden by Airbnb) Only home owners have use of their kitchen and are certified and licensed in food service. - No life guard! Swimming alone or drunk not acceptable. - Out door security cameras - Before checking out, leave the sheets on the beds, put dirty towels in the tub or shower, check for personal belongs, especially phone chargers and return keys to the check-out table.
