Self contained double room, ensuite, own entrance

A self contained double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private entrance. The bedroom includes comforts such as a tv and kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Parking is available on the private driveway. Snowdonia and numerous tourist attractions are on the doorstep and there is something to offer everyone. Guests are welcome to use the garden area at the back of the property with seating available on the decking area. There is also seating at the bottom of the garden over the bridge and stream on the paved area. I live at the property so I am on hand for any or help or questions. It is essential that you have use of a car as the property is in a rural area and the villagel bus is very limited and only runs twice a day and not at all on a Sunday. It should be noted that 5 cats live at the property.
