We have two rescues - Sparky and Mimi, cheerful young terrier mix types. They are both small and friendly. Mimi is a little skittish after a rough start in life so ignore her entirely and she warms up once she feels sure you won’t be mean to her. (We do not allow them in the guest rooms.) There are 4-5 Amtrak trains a day during the week (fewer on the weekend) on the nearby track. This does not bother us and the guest rooms are at the back of our house, but we wanted you to be aware of this in advance. We put out a small breakfast for you on a tray in the room outside your bedroom and set up a table and chairs. Let us know what time works best for you - 7:00-9:00.
