The Neighborhood: Canterbury is a historic university city famed for its magnificent Cathedral and a place of cultural pilgrimage and is a cosmopolitan and vibrant place. The apartment is conveniently located under 5 minutes walk from the historic city centre and high street as well as the Canterbury West rail station with its excellent "Goods Shed" farmers market and restaurant. There are numerous lovely local pubs, restaurants and local attractions within 10-15 minutes walk of the apartment including the University of Kent, Canterbury Cathedral, Kings School, the Westgate Towers, The Marlowe Theatre and the River Stour. Getting Around: The apartment is just a five minute walk to Canterbury West rail station and a 50 minute connection to London St. Pancras. In addition it is only a few minutes' walk to bus stop serving the University of Kent, Whitstable, Herne Bay and Margate. Other Things to Note: Please note the garage has a low ceiling and narrow bays so high vehicles or vehicles with roof racks or 4x4s may not fit.
