Early 20th century fisherman house, heavenly placed over the Atlantic, turned into a family holiday cabin. Restored in 2013 without losing its original characteristics and traditional atmosphere. A place to relax and disconnect from daily stress. The house is located at a walking distance to Apulia a typical fishermen village in the north of Portugal on the Minho region. We recommend to hire a car to get here and enjoy this region. It takes about 30 minutes drive (40 Km) from Porto Airport and 40 minute drive (50 Km) from Porto city center! The historical cities of Braga, Guimaraes, Viana do Castelo, Barcelos, Ponte de Lima and Esposende are located at short distance. Within walking distance of 100 meters from the house, you can find very good restaurants serving local food prepared with fresh and local ingredients, especially seafood! If you decide to do your own cooking, nearby you can find all the essentials and we highlight the fish and vegetable markets where the locals sell the products from the region.
