Guests will use the lift from the ground floor entrance area to the apartment on the 1 floor. Our very friendly Caretaker available 24/7 at the property to to assist guests. Large Ocean view terrace on Level 4 which is a shared space to guest to watch the sunset or enjoy a drink. Free parking on the wide street. I am not in the property. However full time manager available from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. 24/7 caretaker on the property. The property is so close to pretty much everything. Bus stop is 5 minutes walk, train station is 15 minutes walk. Majestic City Mall is 10 minute walk. Mosques, Buddhist temple and church within 10 min walk. Street food and various eating places within 5 -10 minutes. Keels supermarket on the same street. Ideal location for families. Parking on street. Public transport accessible within 10 minutes walk to bus stop and Bambalapitiya railway station. TUK TUK's available just outside the property. We have a 24/7 backup power generator so guests are not affected in case of a power failure. Our property has subscribed to MEDICALLS - in case of a medical emergency guests can call for a Dr. / Ambulance who will turn up pretty quick. Additional bed can be organized at additional charge.
