Located 15 minutes from the center of Nicosia in the residential area of Latsia, this modern new apartment is the place to be! Very bright and sunny, with a great view from the bedroom you get to watch the most amazing sunsets from here :) Add the (newly renovated) large communal pool and you get a resort feel in the middle of the city! This is my personal apartment that I rent when I am out of town or traveling. I love how the light comes into this apartment and the views from the bedroom! You can sit on the balcony/veranda and have your morning coffee or wine in the afternoon. This is your home! You can access all the spaces of the apartment, the veranda, including the communal pool! I will be available online and also via call or messaging. This is a quiet residential area. You will see mainly Cypriot families. There is a bus stop less than a minute away. That can take you downtown Nicosia. The highway is also less than 3 minutes away from here. Check-in and check-out are flexible.
