Near the "Rossio" an old house recently recovered. During the works emerged some big rocks we decided to integrate in the structure of the bathroom and the kitchen which gave it a very particular touch. The terrace is also a very nice space to stay. Toníca was a friendly name we used to call our dear aunt who used to own this house. Recently renovated, we are renting the ground floor. The House Toníca is situated next to the "Rossio" and at 20 meters from a car park. It is just in front a grocery store and the ATM is about 30 mts away.
